The St Andrews Private GP Clinic combines the traditional elements of General Practice with the latest technology, to bring you an accessible range of medical services with local Doctors to help you and your family stay healthy.
Dr Karen Graham has been working in private practice since 2019 and established The St Andrews Private GP Clinic in 2022.Karen’s post-graduate qualifications include M.R.C.G.P, D.R.C.O.G. and Certificate of Family Planning. She has undertaken training to become a GP Trainer and held this post in her NHS practice for 7 years. She has also trained in minor surgical techniques and advanced aesthetic cosmetic injections.Karen has retained a broad interest in all aspects of general practice but is particularly interested in pharmacology, dermatology and realistic medicine.
Outside of work, Karen is a keen walker, cyclist and learner golfer.
Dr Joanna Boileau grew up in Crieff and studied Medicine at Aberdeen University. She has been a GP for over 18 years, initially working in several NHS practices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, then for the last 11 years in Dundee.
While offering the full scope of care within General Practice, she has additional postgraduate qualifications in Women's Health (DRCOG) and Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFRSH). She has a particular interest in Menopause Care, and is currently working towards an additional qualification in this area (BMS PPMC).
She values effective and compassionate communication with her patients and is focussed on patient-centered care.
Outside work she enjoys running with her spaniel and trying to improve her French.
Dr Beere studied medicine at the University of Glasgow. He has worked across NHS boards in Scotland and England in both GP and hospital settings. He has recently branched out into the private sector whilst continuing his role as a GP Partner in Fife, covering all aspects of general practice including paediatrics and joint injections. A sports enthusiast, he has a special interest in this field, receiving a 1st class honours degree from the University of Glasgow in Sports & Exercise Medicine.
